A quick word on Matt from Blogging Fingers. He has just released a Blog Monetization Strategies E-Book. Normally you wont see me pimping ebooks but the book is free, Matt seems like a cool guy and if you get a little dead time after production hours it should be a good, quick read. I think this really goes hand in hand on this very blog and other blogs I frequent. I see affiliates that are struggling and often disgruntled after a make money blogger goes out of their way to offer important advice, only to get hammered with 50 more questions and often times snarky, maybe even downright mean comments. In case you did not know their is a secret alliance among all of us where we do this secret handshake and then jabber on about how mean your comment was and how at the very sight of it we can tell you dont have what it takes to developing a winning attitude.

There is no secret club, their is no handshake and I for one damn sure do not sit back and laugh when I get something a little offending or even mean written to me. In all actuality I always feel like I should have done more in the post. Had I been blogging here a year ago, I would not have had the same attitude. Back in my heavy spamming and blackhat days I would have most certainly provoked you thru the comments. I would have pissed you off to the point you thought you were going to burst. You know what though? That shit is lame, it makes everyone look completely stupid and damn sure does not help either or all parties reading to further businesses online.

Seeing comments like that leads me to believe that some affiliates and aspiring web entrepreneurs are still living in la la land. Put that f#cking ebook down for 5 minutes and hear me out.

After 4 months of sending email after email and post after post in the Technorati forums I got to reclaim my blog. It got flagged for review over 4 months ago…WOW.

 Anyway I just basically setup a whole new account and cannot even delete my old because Technorati makes it impossible. I saw in my old account a few blogs I had favorited so I went ahead and added them again. If you have a blog though we can do the ole Technorati switcheroo on the favorites thing. It works in both our favors. So add CashTactics and I will love you forever.

As you know I have been really trying to cut back on a lot of vices. I have been up to 240 lbs which is an 80 lb gain from where I was at last year. Israel from FatManUnleashed.com was kind enough to send me his book he put together title The Blogger Proof Workout Vol. 1. First off, I would like to give a huge thanks for Israel as I make his blog almost daily and for the copy he shot over to me by email.

I went thru my archives and hand picked some posts I thought were pretty good before we head into the New Year. Enjoy!

Back In August I gave some general tips over making money with P2P Networks and Torrents. Torrents are still alive and kicking and I have not really spoken of them since this last post. I really should but the fact of the matter is that this method is very petty and so very easy to do. However, I bet 99% of the people who read this post probably didn’t even try it or quickly gave up on it. Let’s take a look at just one program I promoted with these petty torrent methods.

Here are payments for the last 6 months. For a method so easy I sure seen a lot of bitching from people who said “it’s too much work”.  Here’s what happens when you dedicate yourself to a project for a couple of hours a week no matter how petty, simple and boring it is.

Also in August, I wrote a free report detailing how I go about getting high rankings for articles. I normally do not write my own articles but I do however use the methods described because it seems nobody can get it right even with a guide. I guess that just goes to show that what works for someone, may not necessarily work for another. However, the guide is free and it’s a great read….(IMO). :)

In September I also introduced a way to advertise your blog cheaply utilizing Stumbleupon. I have tested this out a few times and it seems to work well. When I say that, what I really mean is that as cheap as it is, you get back about the same return. However, it’s a great traffic building method and I am sure the right type of blog will make the difference.

If you haven’t noticed already, I removed the Entrecard Widget and the Scratchback Widget. I really don’t know what I was doing other than testing them out. However, I tried to leave up all the Scratchback links at least for a week before taking the widget down. The traffic that these widgets produced was pretty shitty.

Anyway, Entrecard and Scratchback are cool ideas (I guess) but they just aren’t for this blog. I would rather take one serious person wanting to learn how to make money online, then 50 Entrecard droppers that don’t have a clue as to what they are doing. I find dropping the business card off a little petty anyway. To tell you the truth, I only dropped mine off out of courtesy to other bloggers, who I already knew. So now we can get back on track here and not worry about that annoying horseshit that used to be in my sidebar.
