My kids and I always wanted to be in the cold climate and the snow for Christmas. And my friends who live IN THE SNOW, want to be in the California sun for Xmas.

So I guess the grass is not greener on the other side :)

I’m heading to the airport and on my way to Orlando is just a few hours :)

Honestly, I was born in Oklahoma and raised in Kansas so I am just used to the Winters. Kansas was pretty mild last year (weird) but the year before that was brutal.

Of course I whine and then all my Canadian friends call me a wussy :)

What part of FL are you going to, if I may ask? I’m a stone’s throw away from Jacksonville! I don’t see how you guys can live in that cold stuff for so long. I just got back from an xmas snowboarding trip and it was 25-35 the whole time. 60-70+ is just fine by me ;)

Ruck…you dont know me but i follow some of your posts on some of the forums. I just wanted to say keep up the good work in helping out people. Ive been using the torrent method since i found your post back in august. It finally blew up in my face because i got too greedy for the holidays…LOL.
