Hi, I really wish to be there but I think I won’t make it, I am from Czech rep. so it’s midnight here – and Friday means evening with friends :)
Will you record it as a podcast too? It would help a lot, people could download it even if they wasnt there.

Also before I put any expenses into this, it’s possible for non-US too, right? I am signed up with ROIRocket (actually, Casey soft leads, that you mentioned in part 2, made me some money too).

@ Della, Thanks for the kind words, and your dead on with the Real Estate market. I listed 3 factors the other night that have made me shift my focus to the newer crowd and now thinking about real estate, it’s just another large reason why it’s time to get in marketing to new people.

Hi Ruck,

I am so excited about your “Zero to Hero” campaign! I first found you on the RJ forum (my first leap into IM) back in July, and have since followed you to BHW and I am a big fan of your blog. Whether you are writing scathing comebacks or imparting your wisdom…you are one of the very few that I seek out for entertainment AND education.

Ok, enough of the blowing of sunshine up your nether-regions!

I wanted to elaborate on something you were talking to Steve about last night, regarding your target market. You are right on it, Ruck…and I hate to tell you Steve, but there ARE a lot of “stupid people” out there who are struggling to find a way to make money on the web, but are having trouble getting started.

You see, the nation is going through one of the worst downturns (in the real estate biz) ever, and it is forcing MILLIONS of people to look for other ways to generate income.

There are millions of people out there that depend on the real estate market, from realtors, mortgage people, builders, suppliers, appraisers (like you), closing attys, pest control companies, (the list goes on and on) that are searching for ways to make it through this downturn.

We are not stupid people, but we are people who grew up in the late 70’s & 80’s, when the computers first started getting integrated into business life. Most of us just learned what we needed to get by in business, and didn’t spend a lot of time in the internet world.

Having said all of this, we are not gullible, but we are looking for someone to teach us and get us started. Ruck, you are very wise to focus on this market…not the IMer’s, but the people who want to be the IMer’s.

I am happy to put money in your pockets in exchange for lessons from the ground up. And having spent enough time lurking about…I am ready to get this party started!
