Hey thanks for the article Ratman…It’s dead on. It is the exact same thing I have been hearing for years. Unfortunately since I work from a computer and am not throwing boxes, loading trucks or roofing houses anymore, I have definitely lost that every day physical workout.

It’s hard to get sleep when you have a doctor’s prescription for pills that are supposed to help with this. My fiance has definitely put the hammer down on pop, sweets and junk food.

Ironically since cutting that stuff out, I am sleeping better. LOL, who would have thought right?
