I think the study reveals what is the more important aspect. If you are not able to respect the visitors and use the bad positioning for the ads, you will loose on the long term. Without a strategy, you will not be able to win.

Honestly, I have to agree with the guy that slammed this case study. I watched this hoping there would be some good and valuable information but really.....this case study was a joke. Serious.

It basically showed how to spend $100 and not make single sale!!! LOL.

I knew when the guy said that he would NOT show the keywords or landing page that he was using that this might be a big waste of time. Why not do the whole case study and then AFTER it has been running for awhile release the videos? That way the people running the case study could make some money and have the campaign up and running BEFORE anyone saw the keywords and the landing page.

The way this was done was to sell a product. Pure and simple. It is with amusement that AFTER the initial loss of $100 we are told that a few tweaks were made and now the campaign is making money but we have to sign up for PPC Bully with THEIR links in order to see what was going on. Come on guys....do you think EVERYONE is that stupid? Jesus.

There was NOTHING about what makes a good landing page, what makes a good ad, anything like that. Just very generic information that you can find ANYWHERE.

Very disappointing and makes me very leery about listening to anything these guys have to say.

The whole case study is well structured, clean and simple. Some webmasters would sell this stuff for $50-$90.

All I can say is that I'm amazed of the free and of great value information we receive on this blog. Awesome.

Yet another great post! I bet the people who bought the banner spots wouldn't be too happy with you telling them to go through your link instead.

I just finished watching the full set of videos for the Case Study and wanted to thank you because I am one of those who has been spinning my wheels and not doing anything about it because of the fear. The videos are amazing and highlighted areas that I was struggling with. . and even more amazing that they are free to the readers. Thank you!

lol oh well. You win some you loose some :D

I have no other way to track it though. Besides the banners are bought form the original owners of the products so I'm sure they won't mind the additional business anyways. LOL Thanks for pointing that out though. I didn't think about that.

Almost forgot - regarding your point that by joining CM you're making Kris money then you've totally misunderstood it because whenever you buy something anywhere online or offline it profits another person so take it easy
