i luv this one Ruck. good shit as usual. funny thing is that i realised that this thing was going to stop soon so i started to switch things over to using torrents in a different way to just build me some lists and trying to get some stuff out there rebranded with my links in them. you are the freakin man dude!

Ruck Said,

Yea,

Thanks for the feedback everyone, it’s good to see a few that are listening. I did not say NOT to do the password thing, it’s just not something you want to put a lot of focus on.

Time is better well spent doing something as driving people to site or doing it thru an ebook.

Honestly, has anyone looked at the ebook sections of torrents? Is it just me, or did the whole world of marketing forget that health is a huge issue worldwide? It’s completely bare on there I say.

Ooops…did I just give something away? :)

LOL Yeah….

It is pretty sick, but I don’t know if you want the bill :) Seriously though, this ALOT to do with how I am able to automate a lot of my methods so I can let them run on auto and I can focus more on site generation, blogging and my Consultations.

Chris Hunter Said,

Ruck,

How did you even get the T1 line? I thought that was for like huge businesses and such…?

Ruck Said,
August 29th, 2007 @4:20 am

Who said I wasn’t a huge business? :)

Seriously though, I got the line thru a friend online that sent me to a company. Since I live in a town of like 600 people they had to run a line all the way from Topeka.

It’s actually a multi circuit T1. So 2 lines :)

But, the damn bill sure reflects it as well :(

Very useful video. - thanks! I’d never heard of torrents until about 48 hours ago. It looks like a great way to promote reports and ebooks with affiliate links and links to websites.

Problem is I’ve spent the last 7 hours trying to get beyond the yellow triangle at the bottom of utorrent! If I could just get the dang port to forward …..

I’ve downloaded a torrent and seeded it OK. I’ve read every instruction, setup Kaspersky to allow utorrent, followed all the directions on port forwarding, re-booted the computer and hub, but that dang yellow triangle just wont turn green.

What a bummer :-(
Sorry for rant.

My kids are HUGE into Anime. 2 500 gig hd’s full of Anime vids and more books than I can count. I’ve been talking with the kids about monetizing their passion and they’ve been kicking and screaming about how wrong it is… I know they’ll change their mind when the jack comes a rolling. Great ideas Ruck. How about Hentai? Always at the top of weekly WordTracker searches. he he…

Great video, I loved it. what is your opinion on the e-book “torrentprofits”? Is it worth buying or not?

Ruck Said,

No Don’t buy it.

I can share every torrent tip I have ever used and it won’t cost you anything but your time.

Chadster Said,

Ok, thanks that’s what I thought. Any good e-books you recommend? I’m trying to learn everything I can about affiliate marketing, and other techniques of making an online lucrative business (there is so much!) I have been doing extensive research for over a month now. I made the stupid mistake of buying the “UltimateWealthPackage”. But I quickley realized that it was possible for me to make money, but I was making him the most in a round-about way. It did teach me the basics of an online business though, and I came to the conclusion that if anyone wants to make money online, you have to do it yourself and not through someone elses company. I got a complete refund for the “UltimateWealthPackage” - $49.95, “Get-Visitors-Now” - $49.95 (Complete rip-off, my site was not listed in any of the search engines they stated) , and the hosting company “MidPhase” $98.00. I figure I will take my time and do some research, write out a business model, and spend the $200.00 wisley.
I am a beginner in this aspect of “making money online” (as you can tell), but I did go to school to be a Network Systems Administrator, and I have always had a drive to learn, and work hard (even if it gives me a headach) so I guess I’m a little ahead of the game.

I gotta hand it to you Ruck, out of a month of doing research, I found your site to be the MOST helpful. You do know what your talking about. Excellent job on this website, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I gotta ask you though, how did you learn everything you know? I mean you had to take some courses online, go to school, or even had a personal mentor or something. I’m sure you tought yourself alot of it, but you had to start somewhere.

Thanks alot for your Insight,

-Chadster

I do not suggest Ebooks. I suggest forums. The Internet is always changing and buying an ebook usually means that something is probably different than at the time of writing. Forums I recommend:

Warrior Forum
RJ Forum
Wicked Fire
Digital Point
Self Starters Weekly Tips

How did I learn? Honestly when I first started I did buy ebooks and got screwed on every one of them. It was not until a man named Steven Wagenheim from the WF got me started into Article Writing.

When I was ghostwriting I just paid attention to the niches I researched and the sites they put my articles on.

As far as HTML, CSS, PHP, I never have been a designer but I can edit anything I find and rip, so basically I taught myslef from research online.

As far as everything I write, I either learned the gist of the tactic heard elsewhere or most of the time I keep my eyes open on the trends of the site. If it looks good, I will take like a 2-3 day period straight and work the site over. Monitor traffic and results and document it. If it’s a success, then I share it, if its not, then sometimes I work it until I am satisifed or I stop.

Chadster Said,
August 31st, 2007 @1:14 am

Sounds great, I will keep researching, then start up my website. Thanks for the tips, you probably just saved me alot of money of ebooks. Ebooks always had me under the impression that there is information in there that cannot be found elsewhere on the Internet that can make you alot of money, thus why they charge so much for them. With forums, if someone finds a new nich online to make them alot of money, do you think they are going to share it with other people in the forum? I did find forums to be very helpful though, thats how I found your site. (Blackhatworld). I’ve also seen posts by you in DP. Thanks for the insight, keep up the great work!

Being a noob, I am guessing here, so appologies if it comes across that way:

With the torrents, do I need to install a client on my pc?

If so, what about security threats? Doesn’t those clients leave a port open?

As for the $$$ potential, is that up on the fourms or is that something you have put together (guide)?

Many thnaks,
Dave…

This video clip is great. I’ve played it through more than a few times as I try to grasp the gist of torrents and limewire. I really appreciate your sharing.

I’ve got a torrrent going and have 47 seeders inside of 2 hours, so not too bad for my maiden voyage. I’m on a dsl connection, so I’m seeding as fast as I’m able.

Limewire is interesting in that I can share files that will get my ass thrown out of any other venue.

Also, I’m glad to see that you’re a fan of Steven’s; I am too.

Thanks again for sharing your expertise.

Best,
Sine

I’m a little confused as to what is being offered here. You mean that you can build some kind of EXE that bundles, say, some anime movie that the user wants, but upon launch it will first display an ad that gets you paid through an affnet if it is clicked. Then, you can also direct them back to your site by some other banner, and make more cash that way. Then, to compound this revenue, you make it available on a torrent so that it goes like wild through the web. Eventually your ad network loves you and you’re making outrageous cash. Is that what this is?

If it is, then how can you lose $16K in one day (only to gain it back)? Was it that you had an outrageous T1 bill the following morning from leachers?

Ruck Said,
January 13th, 2008 @6:42 am

Uhh No.

I’ve pretty much explained how I used torrent networks and the 16K was because I was breaking an affiliate programs TOS. As for the T1 bill it’s expensive because I have a personal line ran 75 miles from the closest T1 provider.

Yea you can do installs and make wads of cash if your quick and got the tools to massively upload in a short time frame.

Make no mistake. Your ad network does not love you. They actually feel quite the opposite.

Hey ruck, tnx for the great video.
I have a question though, I understand how the password thing work. And ok, I understand I can make up my own pdf ebook with my affiliate links in there but if I got this right you suggest downloading popular torrents and then edit the file or whatever and put your links in it? I guess this can be applied mainly for any kind of documents or?

Hi Ruck,

I’m trying to get into this p2p, torrent money making scheme, but don’t know how to start up.

I have only come across this password method which i don’t want to use. Basically, can i make money by just uploading torrents through sites like pirate bay, mininova and utorrent.

If so, how do i actually get paid.

Your help will greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Matt

Scott Said,
February 12th, 2008 @12:27 pm

Matt - Why not use the password method and see how it works? You could do something similar to the youtube method and watermark the videos you upload with your url redirecting to a sponsor ad.

Mikk - There’s some torrent talk over in the forum http://cashtactics.net/forum/ and you can find tons of info on a few sites like BlackHatWorld and WickedFire.

Hey Ruck,
Been scouring your blog for everything I can learn. This post seems more of a warning, than a how-to. Is there another place where you show how to publish an ebook on the torrents or limewire?

I have to wonder how valuable posting on torrents any niche other than the “make money” niches would work, since there is more involved than a simple download from the browser.

Can you shed some light?

Thanks,
Scott

I’m new to your blog, but this video/post was very interesting. And the anime niche is CRAZY. I have a few questions to ask of you, but I don’t want them to be public so I was wondering if you could hit me up @ Digital Point Forums. My username is “rnc505″. I just have a few questions to ask that I want to “keep on the down low”.
