Youtube is obviously having a millions of video more than google video. Although now Youtube is acquired by Google.

This is absolutely amazing. You can get YouTube videos to out rank well created content. This is largely because Google is the owner of YouTube and thus favors their own product.

Hmm,

I don’t know why the audio didn’t carry over. Over in the left side of your computer, just click start, then click control panel, then click sounds, speech and audio devices, and from there you can check to make sure that you are recording from a mic, or at least I do, there is should be an audio troubleshooter in the far left as well.

As far as the video being to large, yea you will need to compress the video. You will need a tool to compress the video down, normally to less than 100Mb for most video sharing sites.

Always try to film in 4:3 aspect because most video sites will output the upload at 320X240, audio of 6Kbits/s, a frame rate of 30 frames/second and you should most defintely try to have your final output as Xvid or at the very least an avi file like mpeg4.

As you know, or maybe not, I too have been struggeling to get this video stuff implemented.
I did get my slide show uploaded to Camtasia from Impress, but lost sound in transition.
But when I tried to upload video slideshow to website one of the files was too large. No big deal. I am just experimenting with this first one for learning purposes.
I guess I am asking what to do with it after Camtasia and why the audio didn’t transfer over?
I think a guide would be a great idea.

Hey Chris,

I sent you an email containing a sample video of mine that I use to promote a CPA lead offer with.

It will give you an idea on how easy it is. I will try and get around to make a Camtasia Vid tomorrow, on how to properly use Impress to make slideshows.
