In my search for Contextual Advertising on my niche sites, I came across one thing over the last 2 years. I really dislike Google Adsense, I dislike it so much that I did not even give it a link, nope, not even an affiliate link. I could never really understand why someone would send their traffic away for pennies on the click.

 I have done the whole Arbitrage thing and I actually have had some clicks in the $$ range, but seriously, I could not stand it, and even more so today. They have rules that change faster than I can get my underwear off at night, and I just cannot take it anymore. Some webmasters love it, and that is great, but it is not for me. I would rather get a subscriber, a sale or let my visitors leave on a good note. That is how I feel about anyway.

I have tried other contextual advertising on my sites, (clicksor and Adbrite) and they were worse than Adsense. I recently just went thru a 36 website (that is exact) contextual advertsing overhaul. I was able to come across a neat little tool awhile back, and just saw it sitting on my desktop a few weeks ago.

Now I do not know if you have tried Clickbank Ad Box Professional yet, but it is turning out to be on of the cheapest yet BEST investments I have made online. I really do not know how this went so unnoticed. As of right now I am in the process of updating a total of 36 sites with it. I have given up on Adsense. I actually had my head up right when I built these sites (thank god) as I do extensive product research before I even start building a site.

With a content site I only build around keywords I have actually made sales for. This bids very well for me at the get-go. I have all targetted sites that I have sold products for based upon keywords that have sold those products. Most of these sites were setup with Clickbank affiliate programs anyway, and some have ShareASale products as well.

I figure now that I can edit a little bit of my content and not have affiliate links in it, making it a much more enjoyable read for my visitors. If you do have CB Ad Box Pro, then let me know your experiences with it. I am in the process of a huge overhaul right now, but will report back with examples and statistics as soon as I get done.
