Hey Kris,

What does “sometimes your offers will break the frame” mean?

Thanks,
Scott

Good post but based on part 1 i was expecting more of a trick or method to the PPC side of it then “Do your keyword research and drive people to the site with PPC.”

In the first part of this series you hinted that we would indirectly push traffic. Can you go into more detail about this?

@Scott - Some offers cannot be framed. You will know what I mean when it happens. They just… pop out of the frame.

@B-Man - I’ll go more into the framer and rotator on the next post. But basically thats it. Your using the actual offer as your “landing page”. Find keywords that relate to the offer itself. Or here’s a tip… If your promoting insurance based offers then you can site target websites for adults and websites for insurance.

@Bizkiller - Essentially yes. Use the offer as your hunting ground for keywords. In other words if you promote three offers for ipods, then look for keywords related to ipods. If your niche is insurance then find keywords for insurance.

This technique can be big because this is your chance to promote those offers for insurance, dating, health, etc. Now you will most likely have to spend more money in the testing process. Most of these larger offers are 3+ fields. But once you find an offer that converts you will want to get rid of the non converting offers. Rotating multiple offers allows you to split test quickly so that you can find a profitable gem as soon as possible. If you test one offer at a time that can cost you a lot of testing money in the long run. Does that make sense?

Ok…so your basically just telling us to direct link using an iframe and a rotator.

I just thought there would be more to it or something.

Thanks for sharing.

Ok I understand everything so far but my main concern is that most offers page don’t have too much information on them… How will this affect quality score with Adwords, won’t it not be relevant to your keywords? I don’t know that much about QS so maybe someone could explain what is needed to use framing of the offer and get a good score?

Is there a way to parse the keyword tracking from Poll Factory to this script? :)
