AMS – Your online store in Minutes!

Often times we talk about creating our own online store. I’ll be honest. I have two drop shipping stores. Now we all know what BANS is I hope. If not, thats okay. BANS stands for Build A Niche Store. The basic concept behind BANS is that you get a full “online store” that pulls its product from eBay.

Now, what if I told you there’s a product out there that allows you to build an online store while pulling product from Commission Junction (… The Affiliate Mashup Store does just that. Its a full online store that allows you to have virtually any product from Commission Junction.

Paul Hedger is the UK based programmer that came up with this script. It’s a full on mashup pulling not only from CJ, but you get a feed of eBay products and a page for YouTube videos, all dynamically generated from your keywords or user-submitted search terms.

My favorite part of this script is the “automatic” specials listing. Basically when a Commission Junction vendor has a special running your product will show that there is a special as well. In other words, this really looks like your very own online store.

Check out the FAQ page before you decide to buy Paul’s product. Don’t forget to sign up with his newsletter. He’ll send you a “baby” version of the script that you can install on your server to make sure that everything will work for you.

Now you may be wondering why I’m mentioning a Mashup Script in the middle of all this CPA stuff. Not only am I giving you Mashup people a heads up on a great product that co-insides with Ruck’s Free Affiliate Mashup report, but I’m also giving you a great way to put your new found PPC skills to the test. Build a Mashup store and DRIVE TRAFFIC TO IT WITH PPC.

Paul created just for this purpose. Can you imagine getting commission for a $900 TV?

Test it out, give it a whirl. If anything he has a 60-day money back guarantee.

Hey Nice find. And I think also cool. It can be implemented easily with wordpress. look at which I did as an experiment with popshops and phpbay but, no I am not promoting this and earning anything from this. Template needs more works. Do you think there is any potential with that site?

Hey thanks for this Kris!

Yeah, PPC is great with these stores. Now that we can bid on trademarked keywords it’s easy to dominate a niche at very low cost by matching keywords to individual product pages. Nice long tail keyphrases like ‘Samsung HPT4264 42-inch Plasma HDTV’ cost just pennies per click, and you can do this for every product in your store (might take a while though…)

I’ve been using PPC to kick start my own stores. Getting front page rankings in natural search can sometimes take up to a month, and PPC helps not only to drive instant traffic but also shows which are my most profitable products so I can start building SEO campaigns around them ASAP.

I looked at popshops some but it didn’t seem to be as robust as Pedler’s script. You may also want to check out affilistore. It is a free script, but it is mainly geared towards building datafeed only sites. It doesn’t do the mashup thing out of the box

yeah, I agree that popshop might not as robust as Pedler’s script. But It has a free version and If you look thoroughly you will see it has lot of features too.

I’m intrigued and have some important questions that aren’t in the FAQ. I’d like to blog this and let my 5 Star affiliates know about it, because I know many of them would jump right on this! (I’ll of course quote and link to this blog as the source.)

But 1st need to get a couple answers. Could not find email, even on Whois. Kris, could you hook me up with Paul? Please send me his email.

Don’t get me wrong. I think popshops has a real purpose for people. I think it is great for blogs and for the more “static” of sites. Makes things really easy so I can say that I recommend it.

In response to a couple of questions, I’ve recorded a video of the admin panel so you can see exactly what the AMS is like behind the scenes:

The are many ways you can sell drop ship products. on your own site or ebay. selling in your own site you don’t have to pay for access charges for ebay. which you can actually save.

It is better to use already popular sites instead of own Dropshipping basically works like this a merchant offers a certain good on the market. He has large quantities of that product and needs dealers to advertise the merchandise and bring in buyers.

Popular sites have more advertisers. And thats why its a good choice to have a online store in popular websites.

Congratulations to Paul Hedger, the AMS looks very powerful for BANS. Personally, I loved the Youtube & eBay Integration and the GeoIP Location for International Catalogues features

I wonder AMS is also producing good SEO results
