I collected the resumes and handed them in. I have a lot of connections in the industry so I told them I just networked and asked around. When they hired one of them, we met and I just told him I got his resume from a friend of a friend that worked for a friend. Once the company got bigger, I recognized their help wanted ads all over CS so I couldn't get away with it anymore since HR would already have a submitted resume. Spent $25, made 5K.
