Very nice, very nice. I’m brimming over with ideas now. I’m beginning to understand what you mean by not having enough hours in the day…

Dang it. I can’t watch videos on this crappy work laptop…it just connects remotely to my PC in the office.

I’ll have to wait until I get home. Ugh.

I’m going to need to sleep on your comment “You know those posts where I write something and later on someone comments and figures out that I failed to mention something? ”

It’s like I have all the pieces of the puzzle but can’t seem to put them together

I’m with you, Mike…I often feel like the stupidest person in the class. I can’t wait till the day when I can hear something like what Ruck went thru and say “Yeah, I get it!”

My challenge is staying on track with what I am trying to get done, b/c I know if I don’t focus on one thing, I will keep getting distracted. OK, so now I’m the stupidest kid in the class WITH ADD! Nice.

PS…I know stupidest is not a word. (:

@Della, this is the thing if your already committed on working on something else right now work at it till your done. This you can have a sense of accomplishment and you can pat yourself on the back and say JOB well done.

Then when your done come back and look at these blog posts and study them and start looking at applying what you learn from them.

I know it very tough to stay on track , I’m having a very hard time with it also, so your not alone.

It’s good to know I’m not the only one! My mantra is, take FOCUSED action! (:

Ruck thanks for sharing this with us. Never heard of Kaboodle before, but you got my attention with it being a community of people looking to buy stuff & an early Squidoo type site. Looking forward to the next installment.

@ Della: No, you’re not the only one …just keep the focus and you’ll be fine :-).

@ Gokarter: Very good advice. I can relate to the difficulty of staying on track thing you both spoke of. That being said, my ADD took over and I joined Kaboodle. I just set up my profile and created a few anchor text links to 2 parasite seo sites I have.

LoL Maybe we should have an ADD aa Focus group meeting daily or twice daily, to keep everyone focused on task in hand and completed.

And together we can get the job done!

what is a mashup site…sorry I have heard you talk about this before but if I do not ask i will never know

Chris Said,

Not bad. It’s always nice to have customers with cash-in-hand.

Gokarter Said,

@MMMomma
A mashup site is a site that has thousands of products on it for sale .All the products come from an affiliate network who’s product has an API feed or Rss feed so the site is always up to date and up dating .

Here is a link to Ruck’s report for it

@MMMomma: If you take one automatic batch of info, say, amazon shopping for toilet scrubbers, and another batch of info, say, ebay shopping for new toilets, and mash them together in one combination, that’s a mashup.

@ruck! This is an awesome post! I had heard of kaboodle in another context, but hadn’t thought of using it like this. Cool, man. Thanks!

This is a great idea. I am not ready for the mash-ups nor do I understand data feeds, but hopefully I can figure out how to use this as a monetary benefit. I will continue to read. Another confused and stupid feeling person here, but still marching on. :-0)
