Flipping sites for profit is an extremely apt subject right now, especially if you apply it to the imminenet release of foreign language domains.

I’ve always had great luck finding domains specific to a physical location, setting up a site framework and letting them sit a few days/weeks before someone asks me (usually) for the domain name.

Great tips! Buying “flipped” sites appeals to me because typically these sites have history, Pagerank, etc. They are often much easier to market because they are not “brand new.” Thanks!
