I&#039;m a little surprised that with free tools like Wikipedia, Ask.com, Yahoo Answers, most people would prefer to take the lazy route and ask someone a question, rather than figuring it out themselves.

If you take the same approach in your biz, you&#039;re kinda screwed...</description>
