The Blogger Proof Workout

The Blogger Proof Workout Vol. 1 As you know I have been really trying to cut back on a lot of vices. I have been up to 240 lbs which is an 80 lb gain from where I was at last year. Israel from was kind enough to send me his book he put together title The Blogger Proof Workout Vol. 1. First off, I would like to give a huge thanks for Israel as I make his blog almost daily and for the copy he shot over to me by email.

Second Israel has made this book freely available. It’s a short but very detailed book on some exercises to do while you work throughout your day. I loved how he put together the workouts to work in conjunction with your daily work schedule. Here’s an excerpt:

The way he tied it all together is pretty cool and helpful at the same time. He did not come up with just some lame workouts but he thought them out and I can tell these are workouts he performs throughout his day. I am putting this book into motion ASAP.

The Ultimate Laptop Workout was a pretty cool bonus as well but to know what it’s about, you’ll have to read the book.

Ever since i stop going to boxing and runing 5 miles everyday i have gain 25 pounds . It sucks because know i have to get back in shape for the sport i love

i was thinking of getting myself a wii for my home workout, as I do really need the exercise but this should save me some money. Nice

The workout is great, I’m loving it :)

A Wii is good. Lana has one here downstairs and I was sweating by the time I got done playing. Of course, I am uber competitive when it comes to stuff like that.

great post. I love at home workouts! It’s difficult to juggle work, kids, blogging and find time for a workout.
