@Sam, the answer to that would likely be that we are all hesitant to change, or skeptical to believe something unless we actually see results from it :D At least thats what I think… I could be wrong though, lol.

Man it took me FOREVER to just accept the truth that you HAVE to build a list and you HAVE to be committed to connecting with your clients/prospects/audience.

I love your flow chart. Why couldn’t I just listen to guys like you from the beggining?

Great multi-sale email flow, I keep trying to get my clients to work on better list building techniques and I think this could really help with geting them to see the value of building a better list.

That flow chart just taught me something instantly. It made me realize just how messy my sites are.
Luckily I am quite new to I.M so only have half a dozen and the first four I built are doomed anyway.

Kris do you normally create these site flow charts for all new sites you build? It’s an important step that many people skip. I guess some people have their own ways for envisioning site flow.

I have to admit that I have not done a flow chart like this since college. These days I do this more in my head, but I’m sure this strategy could lead to missing things. Writing everything down like this ensures that you properly think through all of the paths that a visitor may take.

If there’s one thing I hope to gain from this series it is a better understanding of how to best setup a mailing list and opt-in form. I am just getting into these techniques, but since my subscriber list only has 5 people I must be doing something wrong.

A lot of new affiliates go for the immediate sale and don’t want to deal with setting up the autoresponder series, the free gift, the upsells and downsells. It does take a bit of technical know how but really not that much to get it to work.
